At the centre of the famous Mont-sur-Rolle appellation of origin area, between Lausanne and Geneva, lies the Domaine du Château de Châtagneréaz. Its 14 hectares of vines are among the best exposed on the banks of Lake Léman. The high density of its plantation (11,000 vine stocks per hectare) gives the wine its structure and favours its concentration.
The vinification, meanwhile, combines the best of traditional methods with the advantages of modern technology. The after-care of the harvest takes place in the Château's cellars, equipped with oak barrels in which provide the wine with the ideal conditions to achieve its full potential.
